JR – 1386892 Experience – 10+yrs Duration – 12 Months Salary – AED 16000-18000/m Key Responsibilities:- - Agile and Scrum Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices. Understanding of software technology stacks (Dot Net, Power Shell, Java, JavaScript, Python, Power BI, SAP-HANA (good to have), Automation Anywhere-RPA ) and SDLC life cycle.
- Facilitation Skills: Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Knowledge of techniques for continuous process improvement.
- Building effort estimates against requirement, having clear concepts on burn efforts, approval on efforts estimated from Business.
- Creation of Delivery plan and execution to it, tracking the timelines and delivery on time.
- Reporting and Dashboards on progress status.
Availability:- General Shift-Business Hours, & flexible on need basis off-business hours. - Availability on-call support, responsiveness.
