Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the full DevOps lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration across environments.
  • Should have production L1 support and system monitoring and logging tools and provide regular system performance reports
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Microsoft Azure DevOps.
  • Strong experience in Ansible and Azure Could.
  • Automate and standardize environments with configuration management tools.
  • Set up and maintain monitoring and logging frameworks for real-time system visibility.
  • Integrate security best practices into the DevOps pipeline to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Design and implement disaster recovery plans and high availability solutions.
  • Manage and configure various DevOps tools, including Git, Jenkins and Docker.
  • Strong proficiency in DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Managing the applications, service availability, change management, incident / event management, problem management, configuration management, capacity management, reporting, metrics,
  • Manage Planned Server Upgrades and Security Patches to ensure adherence to support OS versions, Coordinating with stakeholders
  • Manage Production Incidents-System Outages, Slow responses, Coordination with Stakeholders like IS, TS, IT Security, Business and Vendors.
  • Manage ECR (Emergency Change Request) Process
  • Monitor Linux servers CPU/Memory/Load Average
  • Configure Symphony tool for application servers and DB servers
  • Software & Hardware Upgrade activities in Production system
  • Perform Planned and Adhoc DR Switch Over activities in Production system
  • Prepare RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for Production Incidents and unplanned outages and distribute across the network
  • Monitor and review EMS Alerts, Creating Dashboards in ELK, Monitoring and Analysis
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
