Job Description | Oversees projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to defined scope and quality standards. They are responsible for planning, organizing, and directing project activities, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders. Must possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Planning and Initiation: Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Resource and Financial Management: Allocating resources (human and material), managing budgets, and tracking cost.
- Scheduling and Execution: Creating project plans, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Keeping stakeholders informed of project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations. Project Reporting
- Vendor Management: Managing schedule, deliverables and quality of vendor deliverables.
- Quality Control: Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Motivating and guiding project teams to achieve project goals.
- Problem Solving: Addressing challenges and roadblocks that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Project Closure: Ensuring proper documentation, evaluation, and handover of the completed project.
- MRO and Engineering domain knowledge is preferred.
