Job Description | We are looking to onboard an HR Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle -EBS, particularly across Core HR, Payroll, and Oracle OTL modules. The resource should bring a balanced blend of technical development experience and functional understanding to lead and support HR systems across implementation, migration, customization, and ongoing support initiatives. ________________________________________ Core Responsibilities
Solution Design & Implementation - Lead the end-to-end design and rollout of Oracle EBS (11i & R12) solutions within the HR domain - Translate functional requirements into technical specifications aligned with business objectives
Development & Customization - Build and maintain RICE Components - Utilize Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, OAF, and ADF for custom solution development - Write complex PL/SQL code, stored procedures, functions, and triggers for HR business logic
System Migration & Upgrade - Lead and support migration from Oracle EBS to fusion- Validate data integrity and process flows across HR, Payroll, and OTL modules during upgrades
Technical Support - Diagnose and resolve technical issues in production and test environments - Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with functional HR/Payroll teams to understand requirements - Act as a bridge between technical development and HR operations teams
Documentation & Governance - Maintain accurate technical and solution documentation - Ensure compliance with Oracle and internal IT standards
Knowledge Transfer & Mentorship - Support training and onboarding of new developers and HR BAs - Contribute to building reusable assets and solution accelerators
Others: Experience - Minimum 7 years of Oracle EBS implementation and support experience (11i & R12) - Strong background in HRMS, Payroll, and OTL modules Technical Skills - Oracle PL/SQL (advanced level) - Oracle Forms & Reports - Oracle Workflow - OAF (Oracle Application Framework) - ADF (Application Development Framework)
