Review user stories, data, and test artifacts, providing feedback to ensure the proposed solution meets business requirements. Support the development team in gathering test data and test scenarios.
Ensure 100% of test artifacts are peer-reviewed and effectively covered through approval from business stakeholders.
Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory testing across web, mobile, and API platforms. Expertise in cross-browser testing, web & mobile application testing (iOS, Android).
Conduct API testing using Postman and SOAP UI.
Write SQL queries and have knowledge of databases.
Independently plan and manage testing activities, with knowledge of the testing process in Agile. Familiarity with application development methodology in Agile and Advanced Agile.
Possess strong communication and presentation skills. Take initiative to follow up with other teams to manage testing cycles and ensure timely closure of reported defects.
Conduct root cause analysis of reported incidents in operational and production systems. Ensure changes to application code are tested before execution, in compliance with IT governance processes.
Preferred: Airline domain knowledge would be an added advantage.
