Job Description | We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Manager to lead the implementation, integration, and ongoing enhancement of our BOT solutions (ChatBOT, EmailBOT, VoiceBOT) and multi-channel communication platforms. This role will oversee a team including two Senior Business Analysts and collaborate with business stakeholders, UX teams, and technical delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and maintenance of BOT solutions integrated with airline operational systems.
- Manage communication channels including SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Push Notifications, and In-App Messaging.
- Drive Agile project delivery, managing sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release schedules.
- Collaborate with business units to define product roadmaps and translate requirements into actionable technical tasks.
- Oversee vendor and internal development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
