Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for API testing using industry-standard tools and frameworks. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design appropriate test cases. • Execute test cases and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement. • Work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution. • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in software testing. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. • Minimum experience 5+ years in IT with 3+ years in Airline domain. • Prior knowledge of airline industry with a thorough understanding of airline inventory, pricing, booking and payment concepts. • Proven experience in API testing automation using tools such as Rest Assured, Postman, or similar. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python. • Applicants should have experience in database testing, specifically with Mongo DB, Oracle. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
