Technical skills required | - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; MBA/CPA is a plus.
- 8–12 years of experience in ERP project delivery, with 5-8 years specifically managing Oracle ERP Finance implementations (EBS or Fusion).
- Experience in full-cycle ERP projects: blueprinting, design, build, test, deploy, and support.
- Strong understanding of financial processes: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Budgeting & Reporting.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials (Fusion) is a strong advantage.
- PMP / Prince2 - Mandatory
- Oracle ERP Cloud Financials Certification- Mandatory

Job Description | - To lead and manage the end-to-end implementation or enhancement of Oracle ERP Finance systems (EBS or Fusion), ensuring delivery on scope, budget, timeline, and quality. The role involves working closely with finance stakeholders, system integrators, and internal IT teams to align business processes with Oracle ERP capabilities.
- Lead Oracle ERP Finance projects from initiation to post-go-live stabilization.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
- Drive daily project management activities, including tracking progress, managing risks/issues, and ensuring project governance.
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solution alignment.
- Serve as the single point of contact between business, technical teams, Oracle support, and vendors.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings, workshops, and stakeholder updates.
- Support testing cycles: system testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live readiness..
- Manage relationships with Oracle and system integrators.
- Monitor consultant and internal resource performance, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate offshore/onshore team collaboration, if applicable.
