Job Description:

Years of Experience: 8–10 years

Skillset Required:

• Talend Data Fabric, Talend Data Quality (TDQ), Talend Data Catalog (TDC)

• Data lineage, metadata management, data cataloging, data stewardship

• Data Quality: Rule definition, profiling, cleansing, monitoring

• SQL Server/Oracle/PostgreSQL, any cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)

• Compliance: GDPR/CCPA/PII handling, data access & retention policies

• Strong SQL, API integration basics, stakeholder communication

• Experience of working with Middle East customers is good to have

Detailed JD:

• Own and operationalize the enterprise data governance framework using Talend stack.

• Design and implement data governance policies, standards, and stewardship workflows.

• Deploy and manage Talend Data Catalog for metadata harvesting and lineage mapping.

• Build Talend Data Quality jobs: profiling, rule-based cleansing, and exception handling.

• Establish data quality KPIs and scorecards; monitor and report on trends.

• Partner with domain stewards, ETL teams, and BI to embed governance controls into pipelines.
