Scrum Master | • 10+ Years of overall experience and minimum 4+ years as scrum master • Lead atleast 3-4 scrum teams using Agile methodology and scrum practices • Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments • Resolve conflicts and issues that occur • Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills • Ability to adapt to a changing environment • Working with the Product Owner and ensuring the Product Backlog is stackranked/arranged to maximise value • Planning Scrum implementations within the department/group • Should be able to track and report in areas of Velocity, Lead Time, Cycle Time, Burn down, Work allocation, Team Mood, Action items and Quality matrix." • Apart from scrum ceremonies should be able to handle other meetings independently with all stakeholders. • Own the Sprint planning activities. • Additionally it would be good if he has project management experience like creating the Project Plan, schedule & cost management |
