Job Description | We are seeking a Senior Technical Engineer to lead the technical delivery, validation, and production operations of our BOT solutions (ChatBOT, EmailBOT, VoiceBOT). This role will work closely with vendor and internal teams to design, develop, integrate, and maintain customer-facing BOT journeys, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end technical delivery, from design to production deployment.
- Collaborate with vendors to develop and integrate BOT solutions with core airline systems.
- Design and implement new BOT journeys leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM technologies.
- Apply prompt engineering and RAG techniques to enhance BOT responses and personalization.
- Conduct technical validation, performance tuning, and ongoing production support.
- Manage knowledge repositories for BOT configurations, integration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Ensure system documentation, change logs, and lessons learned are continuously updated.
- Support continuous improvement through analytics and customer feedback.
