11+ Years of overall experience and minimum 4+ years as scrum master
Lead atleast 3-4 scrum teams using Agile methodology and scrum practices
Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
Ability to adapt to a changing environment
Working with the Product Owner and ensuring the Product Backlog is stackranked/arranged to maximise value
Planning Scrum implementations within the department/group
Should be able to track and report in areas of Velocity, Lead Time, Cycle Time, Burn down, Work allocation, Team Mood, Action items and Quality matrix."
Apart from scrum ceremonies should be able to handle other meetings independently with all stakeholders.
