Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies, including at least 3 years in a leadership or solution architect role.
  • Proven hands-on expertise in: Mandatory:
    • Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents
    • SharePoint Online: Site configuration, workflows, permission management, and custom solutions
    • Dynamics 365 CRM: Configuration, customization, workflows, and integration with other Microsoft tools
    • Power BI: Data modeling, DAX, visualizations, and dashboard development
  • Experience integrating Microsoft solutions with external APIs and data sources.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or equivalent certification.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or Developer Associate.
  • Experience in Azure services (Logic Apps, API Management, Data Factory).
  • Previous experience working with government or public sector entities is an advantage.
