Job Description	Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong airline industry expertise, particularly in Passenger Service Systems (PSS) and commercial IT solutions. The role will be responsible for driving business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and solution validation. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and IT vendors to ensure effective delivery of commercial projects and enhancements. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements are essential for this role. Preference will be given to candidates with prior airline industry experience and strong knowledge of Passenger Service Systems (PSS). Exposure to commercial domains such as reservations, inventory, fares, and revenue management will be an advantage. Candidates should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
