Years of Experience: 8–10 years

Skillset Required:

• Power BI: Data modeling, DAX, Power Query (M)

• Visualization: UX best practices, custom visuals, bookmarks

• SQL proficiency, performance tuning, aggregation strategies

• Platform Admin: Workspaces, deployment pipelines, gateways

• Requirements gathering, user adoption, documentation

• Experience of working with Middle East customers is good to have

Detailed JD:

• Build high-impact Power BI semantic models and reports for actionable insights.

• Design data models with appropriate grain and calculated measures.

• Author advanced DAX for KPIs and time intelligence.

• Implement RLS, dataset endorsements, and workspace deployment pipelines.

• Optimize performance using query folding and incremental refresh.

• Develop compelling visuals and establish documentation and training.
