Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Write test plans, scenarios, and cases for manual and automated tests.
Perform regression, integration, system, and UAT support.
Use defect tracking tools to manage bug lifecycle.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
Qualifications:
4+ years in QA, ideally with both manual and automation exposure.
Tools: Selenium, Postman, JIRA, Azure DevOps.
Experience testing healthcare or CRM systems is beneficial.
Understanding of data privacy and compliance (e.g., consent, PII).
