Technical/Core Skills Required | - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 12–15 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP EBS (R12) and/or Fusion Cloud Applications.
- Strong experience in Oracle PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, XML/BI Publisher, and OAF/ADF.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud tools: FBDI, ADFdi, BIP, OTBI, OIC, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Working knowledge of key Oracle ERP modules: Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA), SCM (PO, INV), and/or HCM.

Job Description | To provide technical expertise in the development, customization, integration, and support of Oracle ERP applications (EBS and/or Fusion). This role is critical in ensuring high-quality, scalable, and supportable Oracle solutions that align with business needs, primarily across finance, SCM, HR, and other functional modules. Someone who started his career as a Technical Consultant and is currently performing a Senior role, either as a Technical Specialist or Solutions Architect
Key Responsibilities Technical Development & Customization - Develop, enhance, and maintain custom solutions in Oracle EBS (R12) and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud using PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, OAF, ADF, and other Oracle tools.
- Design and develop custom interfaces, conversions, extensions, and reports (RICEW components).
- Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP APIs for Fusion Cloud integrations.
Support & Maintenance - Provide Level 2/3 support for ERP production issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal business disruption.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across Oracle ERP modules in collaboration with functional teams.
- Participate in patch analysis, impact assessment, and regression testing.
Upgrade & Migration - Support technical activities in EBS upgrades and/or migration to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Participate in data migration and reconciliation between legacy systems and Oracle ERP.
- Ensure technical readiness for go-lives, upgrades, and new module rollouts.
Documentation & Standards - Create technical design documents, user guides, and support documentation.
- Follow coding standards, version control, and change management protocols.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers if applicable.
Collaboration & Project Involvement - Work closely with functional analysts, DBAs, and infrastructure teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
- Participate in requirement gathering, design workshops, and solution validation with business users.
- Support SIT, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
Certifications (Preferred) - Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) – EBS or Fusion
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certifications
- ITIL Foundation (nice to have)
